What we do here at Uklon

Initially, the division was founded to fill the business needs for recruiting experts to Uklon team. Today, it is a comprehensive department that provides all aspects of human capital management and includes 7 self-sufficient HR functions.

The team is responsible for establishing corporate culture that contributes to reaching strategic goals, permanent professional growth of experts and systematization of internal communications.

Our HR department includes 7 self-sufficient HR functions such as Recruitment, Employer Brand, C&B, L&D, People Partners, Internal Communications & Events, Business Trips. All the units within the department are highly engaged in cross functional work.
HR department is responsible for the balance between team and business. That's what creates trusting and effective relationships to achieve the company's strategic goals.
