Team structure

Our Marketing team is a part of the Commercial department at Uklon.
The structure of the department is mainly divided into 4 directions — Product & Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, PR & CSR direction and Corporate Rides.
While the Product & Brand Marketing department itself embraces such units as Art & Copy, Product & Brand Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Social Media, Foreign Markets. All the units within the department are highly engaged in cross functional work.

We are all team players here. We support each other and share our wins and failures together.

We prefer office work as team interaction in person as well as informal brainstorms are valued a lot.

Ability to make decisions and take ownership for them.

Flexibility as a lifestyle. Being ready for constant change of the market as well as audience.

What do we do to remain a Love mark? First of all, Love mark is basically about the company itself, not just the brand or some marketing activities.
