How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● organising the work of the department in order to achieve the objectives set and team results efficiently● coordinating and supervising the activities of Driver Care specialists, optimising internal processes where necessary/implementing new processes● ensuring efficient operation of the entrusted division by distributing workload, optimising/developing the department● participating in staff recruitment● supporting and monitoring the Driver Care training process for specialists to improve their personal and team performance● monitoring Driver Care specialists performance on a regular basis, providing updates to the management team on a weekly/monthly basis● monitoring and analysing the driver performance reports to make decisions on further development of Driver Care

Challenges for six months:

● clearly understand and prioritise processes● achieve monthly and quarterly OKRs● build a motivation system for the department● document all departmental processes in the corporate knowledge base and update them as they become available● maximise the level of product knowledge within the department● achieve weekly close-out of all processes to zero

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1+ years of experience in Lead/Head positions, participation in large-scale projects● 3+ years of professional experience● experience in successful project management and implementation of new processes in teams of 5+ people● ability to take responsibility for team performance● successful experience with problem solving, communication, and presentation skills,● responsibility, attention to detail and strong leadership skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?

● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
