How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● working with contact databases of partner fleets, inviting new fleet partners to meetings● reviving contacts with fleet customers who have previously cooperated with us● searching for new customers, making appointments● identifying the motives and needs of customers, helping to solve their tasks● conducting daily dialogues about business performance with partner fleets in Ukraine● writing briefs before and after meetings with customers● interacting effectively with other teams to find the best solutions for customers’ tasks● maintaining a CRM customer relationship management system● closing deals, meeting quarterly engagement goals and business targets● developing relationships with fleets, helping their businesses grow● analysing the local passenger transport market, namely fares, car classes, quality of service● participating in the optimisation and improvement of internal processes
Challenges for three months:
● get acquainted with the company’s product, processes and standards● master all the tools used by the department● be fluent in the processes at every stage of their work● use all the tools used by the department freely and productively● elaborate work tasks and goals with high quality● independence of decision-making in the area of responsibility● understand and navigate the processes of neighbouring departments● establish communication with a dedicated pool of partner fleets
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 2 years of experience as a key account manager in cross-sell/b2b● ability to understand cars: makes/models, understanding of the car at a basic level, navigate car classes● be a confident user of Excel or its analogues● have experience and skills in negotiations● skills in building long-term relationships with partners● ability to interact with customers efficiently and promptly via messengers● willingness to work with a large amount of information: ability to search the internal database● fluent communication in Ukrainian
How do you manage your working hours?
● Classic five-day workweek● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
