How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● maintaining and improving the terms of cooperation under current contracts● working with the full procurement cycle: from receiving an application to completing a transaction● taking responsibility for the procurement category (merchandise and souvenirs)● analysing the supplier market for the relevant category● working with the payment schedule● participating in the preparation of ToR● building effective cooperation with stakeholders

Challenges for three months:

● getting to know key suppliers and establishing relations● establishing partnerships with stakeholders● analysing historical purchases of the category● maintaining cooperation with current suppliers

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in procurement● experience in running a full procurement cycle● understanding of how to build procurement processes and readiness to optimise them● skills of successful negotiations with suppliers● knowledge of procurement analysis tools● knowledge of the market of souvenir products suppliers● at least 1 year of experience in the field of souvenir products● analytical skills, ability to work with large bulks of data, attention to detail● higher education (law degree will be an advantage)

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
