How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● maintaining personnel records in full in accordance with the legislation: hiring, dismissal, transfer, leave, sick leave of employees; data entry into the state register, preparation of data for mandatory statistical reports to be submitted to state authorities● maintaining and recording personnel documentation (personal files, employment books, logs, etc.)● drawing up orders (on hiring, dismissal, transfer, changes and additions to the staffing table, etc.) in 1C ZUP and in paper form● keeping records of employee leave, monitoring the preparation and compliance with regular leave schedules● generating Excel timesheets for employees with 5-day and shift work schedules● maintaining the document flow of the legal entity● participating in other projects of the department

Challenges for three months:

● maintaining primary personnel documentation● ensuring compliance of the Company with the minimum requirements of the Labour Law● introduction of document flow procedures in the Company

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2 years of experience in HR management● experience of working in a large, structured company (with a staff of 100+ employees)● experience in maintaining personnel records on● proficiency in Excel at the level of a confident user● competent command of the Russian and Uzbek language (oral and written)● knowledge of 1C 8.3 “Personnel Accounting” will be a plusexperience in document management will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan

● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
