How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● maintaining HR records in full compliance with the labour law (more than 200 employees)● maintaining and keeping records of personnel documentation (keeping personal files, employment records, P-2 sheets, etc.)● maintaining the staffing table (in documents and in BAS ERP)● preparation and monitoring of the leave schedule● preparation of documentation for salary cards● issuing statements of employment at the request of employees● preparation of documents for archival storage, working with the archive of personnel and accounting documents● monitoring the company’s compliance with the legislation on quota categories and disabled persons

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team and collective● audit of the availability of personnel documents● audit of the introduction of HR processes in the company

To achieve the results, you will need:

● knowledge of labour and personnel legislation of Ukraine● knowledge of BAS ERP or 1C 8.3● experience in the full cycle of personnel records● maintaining sick leave records, knowing how to calculate the length of pensionable service of employees, work with hospitals● knowing how to apply knowledge in practice within the current legislation (dismissal, transfer, leave, leave to care for a child under 3 years of age)● working with large bulk of data

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
