Join us as a Senior Business Development Specialist to the Uklon Advertising team in the Business Development department.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● participating in and initiating the development of product and infrastructure initiatives to monetise and enhance the B2B customer offering● interacting with potential and current partners and customers in order to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales targets● creating and presenting commercial proposals that will help expand the customer base● actively participating in product promotion activities and strategic initiatives to increase business● analysing the results of initiatives and preparing regular reports for management

Challenges for 3 months:

● successful onboarding, adaptation to processes, study of company and project features● preparation for the launch of a new B2B product – Uklon Car Media● scaling of the main B2B product – In-app Media: participation in the fulfilment of team goals in terms of the number of customers, AOV and sold-out channels● ensure the attraction of B2B leads from the Partnership and Delivery teams

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 4+ years of commercial experience in business development● experience in business development, preferably in the digital products industry, ad-tech● understanding of the advertising market will be an advantage● successful cases of expanding the client base (B2B), establishing long-term relationships with clients and identifying real client needs● experience in product development and improvement according to market needs● analytical mindset, ability to work with data and reporting skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
