What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● managing a sole proprietorship on a single tax of 3 group (100-120) ● submitting monthly/quarterly reports● providing details for paying taxes or making payments for a sole proprietorship● opening a sole proprietorship● closing a sole proprietorship● controlling the payment of taxes● controlling the IDP certificate● drawing up contracts, specifications ● preparing work completion certificates● advising sole proprietors on all issues related to the conduct of their business● filling in the income book● preparing documents for financial monitoring of banks● working with other projects of the department ● interacting with regulatory authorities
Challenges for three months:
● become familiar with the basic procedures and policies of the company regarding the management of the sole proprietorship● independently perform tasks in the programmes used in the company for accounting (Vchasno, BAS ERP, Jira) ● successful, independent management of the sole proprietorship, submission of quarterly reports ● learn to effectively organise your working time to complete tasks in accordance with deadlines
To achieve the results, you will need:
● at least 2 years of experience in a similar position ● understanding of the basics of accounting● experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)● experience with BAS ERP will be an advantage● experience in archiving documents and working with electronic document management in Vchasno ● experience in working with documents: formation of primary documentation (certificates, specifications), work with contracts ● experience in IT companies will be an advantage ● ability to work with large amounts of information● attentiveness, efficiency, communication skills
How do you manage your working hours?
● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
