How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● daily communication with clients, resolving operational issues, briefing, documentation, task flow● ensuring the expected level of client experience● maintaining quality synchronisation between the client and internal teams● ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of marketing solutions in accordance with the client’s business goals● forming tasks for internal teams, taking into account the client's goals● control of priorities, deadlines, quality and logic of tasks● team coordination: planning, synchronisation, reminders, resource control, reporting● maintaining client documentation: briefs, acts, contracts, correspondence● working with financial/legal aspects of the project: budgets, payments, document flow ● identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and working on client retention

Challenges for three months:

● earn the processes and internal structure of the company, including full adaptation to corporate risk management systems and internal reporting standards to ensure smooth cross-functional interaction● take over responsibility from the sales department for client support at the stage after the approval of the commercial offer and coordinate all further processes: from documenting and launching projects to preparing final reports and monitoring the fulfilment of obligations● lead communication with Uklon Ads’ key clients (large media agencies) and build systematic work with them

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in agency work or client project management● understanding of the structure and logic of working with digital advertising, media planning, UN● negotiation skills, managing client expectations, excellent communication skills (verbal and written)● ability to meet deadlines, set priorities, and handle multiple projects simultaneously● experience in defending presentations, reports, ability to explain complex things in simple language● data analysis skills (reporting, media plans, etc.)● skills in working with CRM systems, task managers or administrative panels
