How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Managing relationships with a portfolio of top partners and developing strategic growth plans for 6–12 months.● Handling the full account management lifecycle, from deep onboarding to ongoing strategic support.● Coordinating internal cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to execute partner initiatives and drive business growth.● Identifying new growth opportunities and launching initiatives to increase order volumes.● Preparing unique business proposals for partner owners and top management.● Initiating partner projects and integrations to deeply embed Uklon Delivery into partners' business processes.● Conducting systematic analysis of the active partner base and designing retention strategies.● Applying a personalized approach to collaboration, including tailored commercial terms, new service implementation, and product updates.● Regularly analyzing key partner metrics and account performance.● Utilizing upselling and cross-selling tools to drive revenue growth.● Developing and implementing custom loyalty programs for top partners.● Maintaining up-to-date data in CRM and managing commercial documentation.● Diving deep into analytics to uncover strategic growth opportunities.● Preparing strategic reports for management, including progress analysis and action-oriented recommendations.

Challenges for three months:

● Getting alignment on internal processes, the product, and the team.● Getting familiar with the assigned partner portfolio and their key metrics.● Conducting at least 20 comprehensive meetings with current partners.● Developing a growth plan for TOP partners with the first measurable results in volume increase.● Achieving at least 90% of the personal sales plan for the Non-Food Retail sector.

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in B2B negotiations within the e-commerce, FMCG, or food delivery sectors in the Ukrainian market.● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building long-term relationships with clients and partners.● Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, and financial/operational calculations.● Experience working with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).● Solid skills in handling documentation: contracts, addenda, statements of acceptance, and reconciliation acts.● Ability to analyze partnership effectiveness and prepare data-driven business proposals.● Experience collaborating with product teams and a foundational understanding of IT product architecture/concepts.● Experience with CRM systems is a plus.● Experience with task management systems (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
