How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensuring the maintenance of accounting records (Ukrainian Accounting Regulations and Standards/IFRS) and tax accounting● accounting for key areas, including bank transactions, inventories, accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepaid expenses, accruals, and VAT accounting● monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as intercompany transactions● participating in the month-end close process, reconciling balances, and preparing data for tax, financial, and management reporting● participating in internal and external audits and supporting their completion● participating in the preparation of accounting policies and technical memoranda● analyzing the financial aspects of contracts with counterparties● automating accounting processes● participating in the transition to a new ERP system

Challenges for three months:

● participating in the legal entity setup from an accounting perspective● becoming familiar with the accounting processes and preparing the accounting policy for approval (as well as accounting regulations, if required)● ensuring high-quality accounting for key areas and the timely period close in accordance with the Group’s requirements● preparing the financial reporting package and the corporate income tax return for Q3 2026

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in accounting● knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Regulations and Standards, IFRS, and tax legislation● experience in working with source documents, individual entrepreneurs, contracts, acts, banking transactions, and reconciliations● understanding of the month-end close process, balance reconciliation, and the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable● advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule based on role responsibilities● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
