How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop end-to-end logic between isolated systems (CRM, Jira, Slack, Drive) to eliminate manual data transfer● constantly search for and test new AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) and methods of their implementation in real business processes● cooperate with the leaders of different units to audit their routines and turn chaotic requests into clear automation algorithms● use LLMs as functional nodes for structuring chaos: ticket classification, Entity Extraction, and generation of JSON responses for systems● design fault-tolerant flows with built-in error handling● create solutions that allow the company to double the volume of request processing without a linear increase in staff

Challenges for three months:

● review existing manual processes and point scripts, creating a single technical scheme of interaction between the company’s main systems● create a universal mechanism for all future scenarios, including automatic retries (Retry logic) and instant notifications of critical API failures● implement LLM into the existing workflow (via API) to automatically convert incoming unstructured data into JSON format for further processing by the systems● refactor the first flows to reduce resource consumption (execution time or AI tokens)● identify and prioritise the following 3+ bottlenecks in business processes where AI automation will give the highest ROI (speed increase or x2 scaling) and implement them

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience with Node RED or n8n● at least 2 years of real-world development of complex, branched scenarios, understanding of flow architecture, data processing and state management (Flow/Global context)● understanding of flow architecture, data array processing and state management (Flow/Global context)● ability to write clean, efficient code in Function-nodes, understanding of asynchrony (async/await, Promises) and methods of object/array transformation● deep understanding of HTTP protocol, methods (GET, POST, PATCH), headers and complex authentication types (OAuth2 with token updates)● ability to design data schemas – experience in writing direct queries to PostgreSQL/MySQL to save “history” and using Redis/MongoDB for quick access to unstructured data● practical experience in building AI agents ● experience with neural networks APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) – ability to receive strictly validated responses from AI (Structured Outputs/JSON) that can be processed automatically without human intervention● skills in designing fault-tolerant systems ● understanding of security principles when working with secrets and API keys
