How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Administering and supporting Atlassian Jira and Confluence:
- configuring and maintaining existing Jira projects
- implementing automations using Jira Automation Rules
- administering Confluence: creating new spaces, maintaining macros, and configuring templates for efficient use
- integrating Jira and Confluence with each other and with other corporate systems
● Technical support to users:
- handling Service Desk requests
- advising end users on the proper use of Atlassian products
● Optimizing and automating business processes:
- identifying process bottlenecks and proposing improvements
- developing and testing new automation rules to reduce routine manual tasks
● Supporting and configuring HiBob (HRMS):
- administering users and roles in HiBob
- providing technical support to HiBob users and resolving standard requests

Challenges for three months:

● becoming familiar with the company's core processes, the team's ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration● handling operational tasks in line with the established workflow (analyzing requests, communicating with requesters, setting expectations, implementing solutions, or handing tasks over for further refinement)● participating in the implementation and support of business process automations using Jira Automation● mastering the core tools used by the team (Jira, Confluence, and HiBob) and demonstrating practical knowledge of their functionality● delivering at least one improvement to an internal process or tool used by the team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence● experience in working with Service Desk● understanding of business process automation principles● analytical mindset and the ability to work with change requests● strong communication and teamwork skills● English proficiency at Intermediate level
