How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● administering and supporting Atlassian Jira and Confluence:- configuring and supporting existing projects in Jira - implementing automations using Automation Rules in Jira - administering Confluence: creating new spaces, supporting macros, configuring templates for efficient use - integrating Atlassian products with each other ● providing technical support to users:- handling requests in Service Desk ● optimising and automating business processes:- identifying bottlenecks in processes and proposing possible improvements - creating automation rules to reduce routine tasks ● supporting and configuring HiBob (HRMS):- administering users and roles - providing technical support to HiBob users, resolving standard requests

Challenges for three months:

● integrating into the team and familiarising with the organisation of key processes● completing operational tasks according to the established flow● mastering key tools used in work (Jira, Confluence, HiBob)● implementing at least one improvement in any internal process or tool used by the team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● practical experience working with Atlassian Jira and Confluence● experience working with Service Desk● understanding of business process automation principles● analytical thinking and ability to work with change requests● ability to communicate effectively and work in a team● English proficiency at Intermediate level
