How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● resolving incidents, investigating the root causes of failures, and providing technical support to users of Jira, Confluence, and other corporate systems● configuring, optimizing, and supporting Jira projects● identifying team needs and implementing configuration changes in line with business requirements● implementing and supporting Jira integrations with internal systems (Slack, Service Desk, HiBob, etc.)● configuring automations using Jira Automation and the REST API● testing new configurations, validating automation workflows, and implementing improvements based on performance metrics● collaborating with support, engineering, analytics, and other teams to improve internal processes● creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation

Challenges for three months:

● Adapting to the team and becoming familiar with the organization of core processes● Mastering operational activities to the level of independently handling tasks, including:
— communicating with users and cross-functional teams
— analyzing requests, gathering requirements, and assessing the feasibility of solutions
— setting clear expectations regarding delivery timelines and implementation capabilities
— implementing configuration changes or resolving technical issues● The ability to quickly and effectively work with the team’s toolset, including:
— process management and documentation systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, HiBob, and others)
— integration, automation, and troubleshooting tools● Implementing at least one improvement to a process, tool, or internal support practice

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence● experience in configuring and supporting processes (creating projects, workflow schemes, etc.)● the ability to identify and resolve incidents related to Jira/Confluence (logging, analysis, troubleshooting, testing)● experience in working with the Jira REST API to develop integration scripts● experience in working with Automation Rules or similar task automation tools● understanding of the principles of working with Jira Service Management service projects● basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or others)● English proficiency at Intermediate level
