How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● resolving incidents, investigating root causes of system failures, technical support to users in Jira and Confluence● configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Jira projects● identifying team needs and implementing configuration changes according to business requirements● implementing and supporting Jira integrations with internal systems (Slack, Service Desk, HiBob, etc.)● setting up automations using Jira Automation and REST API● testing new configurations, verifying automation scenarios, implementing improvements based on metrics● administering Confluence: creating page templates, configuring permissions, integrating with Jira● collaborating with support, development, analytics, and other teams to improve internal processes● creating, updating, and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation

Challenges for three months:

● integrating into the team and familiarizing with the organization of core processes● mastering operational activities at a level of independent task execution, including:
- communicating with users and related teams
- analyzing requests, gathering requirements, and assessing solution feasibility
- setting clear expectations regarding timelines and implementation possibilities
- implementing configuration changes or resolving technical issues
● the ability to work quickly and effectively with team tooling:
- process and documentation support systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, HiBob, and others)
- integration, automation, and troubleshooting tools
● implementing at least one improvement within a process, tool, or internal support practice

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in integrating Jira with other systems (Confluence, Slack, Service Desk, CI/CD tools), including setting up webhooks, processing payloads, and configuring OAuth/API keys

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence● experience in setting up and supporting processes (creating projects, workflow schemes, etc.)● the ability to identify and resolve Jira/Confluence incidents (logging, analysis, troubleshooting, testing)● experience in working with Jira REST API● experience in working with Automation Rules or similar tools for task automation● understanding Jira Service Management principles, including service projects, SLA, queues, and customer portals● basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or others)● English proficiency at Intermediate level
