How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● contribution to the strategy: active participation in improving the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, proposing new initiatives that meet the company’s business goals● planning and implementation: development and implementation of tactical marketing plans based on the approved strategy● budget management: effective planning and management of the allocated marketing budget for own initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI)● customer acquisition: creation and optimisation of marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new customers in the B2B segment● working with the customer base: development and implementation of campaigns to activate and increase the number of orders among existing customers● segmentation: analysis of the customer base to identify behavioural patterns and segmentation (e.g. inactive, low-active, regular)● tactical planning: development of targeted actions for each audience segment● channel analytics: analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing channels and campaigns● work with metrics: tracking and optimisation of key B2B metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, NPS)
reporting: preparing reports and providing recommendations based on the data obtained


Challenges for three months:

● full audit of Outbound tools inventory and analysis of the effectiveness of all current lead generation tools for new customers● diagnostics of digital channels, joint analysis of lead quality and conversion funnels in paid campaigns with the digital marketing team. Preparation of proposals and testing of new approaches for high-quality lead generation● audit of the database and engagement mechanics, analysis of the reasons for the low effectiveness of previous campaigns for existing customers. Calculation of the impact of marketing activities on the order unit economy● formation of “Engagement Hypotheses”, preparation and implementation of 3-5 new tools and outbound lead generation channels● launching pilot projects in new channels and stabilising the quality of leads in paid campaigns● testing of new outbound tools: launch of at least 3 new lead generation tools● optimising the effectiveness of paid advertising by reviewing MQL, SQL, campaign settings, launching new channels and creatives, and testing alternative methods● pilot Engagement mechanics, launch of test activities for existing customers with a focus on increasing the frequency of orders while maintaining positive margins● the key goal is to build a predictable engagement and retention funnel with a proven payback● scaling of effective channels to increase the volume of engagement through tools that have demonstrated the lowest cost per qualified lead (CPQL)● sales funnel automation: joint automation of lead transfer and processing stages with the sales department to minimise conversion losses● finalisation of the customer development model approval of the list of mechanics for working with the database, which steadily increase the number of orders without compromising profitability● formation of a marketing stack creation of a final list of working tools (Stack) for active lead generation for the next two quarters

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of general marketing experience● work experience in B2B or B2C sectors (3+ years in a similar position in B2B will be a significant advantage)● successful case of developing and implementing marketing strategies from scratch● experience in SaaS, e-commerce or logistics● strong project management and creative team management skills● confident work with paid promotion PPC, Meta Ads● practical experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools● English at B1+ level and above● data-driven mindset ability to work deeply with analytics and make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions● demonstrated track record of concrete, measurable results in previous projects● proven track record of success in LeadGen and customer retention● ability to effectively build cross-team communication
