How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● брати участь у річному/квартальному плануванні маркетингових активностей● реалізовувати комунікаційні стратегії задля розвитку бренду та продуктів● реалізовувати креативні комунікаційні кампанії відповідно до маркетингового плану.● ініціювати та реалізовувати маркетингові активності задля досягнення поставлених цілей● співпрацювати з креативними та медіа агенціями, включно з веденням документації● аналізувати ефективність реалізованих проєктів та готувати регулярну звітність● досліджувати ринок і конкурентів, щоб знаходити можливості для посилення позицій бренду.

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing with the team’s and the Company’s processes● establishing effective collaboration within the team and across cross-team processes● preparing and launching a 360-degree advertising campaign

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ роки досвіду на позиціях Brand Marketing/Product Marketing/ Marketing Communications в компаніях з масштабними проєктами/брендами/рекламними кампаніями 360● 5+ років професійного досвіду● досвід успішного управління запуском продуктів/кампаній/маркетингових проєктів● досвід ефективного розвитку продуктів/брендів (управління бюджетом та ресурсами)● глибоке розуміння маркетингу та комунікаційних трендів● пристрасть до створення та запуску креативних проєктів● відповідальність та уважність до деталей, проактивність● вміння працювати з пріоритетами, швидко реагувати на зміни та шукати ефективні рішення● комунікативні навички та навички презентації на високому рівні● структурність та data-driven підхід до прийняття рішень.

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
