How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● decomposing tasks according to the planned backlog ● identifying business needs and translating them into clear technical requirements for development ● validating hypotheses based on data and research ● supporting the team and refining requirements throughout all stages of the development process ● creating and modelling requirements for new functionality ● managing stakeholders ● owning product features (feature components) from hypothesis through to outcome evaluation, while contributing to the feature development strategy

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding into the product ● establishing effective collaboration and communication within the team ● refining and detailing key initiatives from the planned backlog ● participating in and facilitating the team's key activities (Product Discovery, Product Refinement, demos, etc.) ● participating in defining and detailing the requirements for the MVP of the new Micromobility product

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst ● experience in collecting, identifying, analyzing, managing business requirements ● strong stakeholder management and communication skills ● experience in working with user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria ● the ability to present and defend requirements to technical teams ● experience in conducting market, trend, and competitive environment analysis ● experience in collaborating with development, QA, and design teams ● experience in conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) ● English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
