How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- decomposing tasks according to the planned backlog
- working on product features (feature components) from hypothesis through to outcome evaluation, contributing to the development of the feature strategy
- creating and detailing concepts for new functionality, describing business logic and use cases
- maintaining project documentation, recording analysis artefacts, and presenting completed work to the business

Challenges for three months:

- onboarding into the product
- successfully refining and documenting the first business initiatives
- working with a mentor to develop improvements and build a high-quality backlog to ensure a steady workload for the technical team
- contributing to the product Discovery phase (problem analysis and needs identification)
- preparing up-to-date technical documentation describing the current system’s business logic

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

- experience in conducting market, trend, and competitive environment analysis
- experience in working with product metrics, formulating hypotheses based on product metrics, analyzing results

To achieve the results, you will need:

- at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- experience in gathering, eliciting, analyzing, and managing business requirements
- experience in working with mobile apps and mobile analytics
- strong stakeholder communication skills, identifying and analyzing business problems, gathering and aligning requirements
- experience in presenting and defending requirements to technical teams
- experience in managing requirements throughout the development lifecycle
- experience in conducting UAT and validating development outcomes against documented requirements and criteria
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level
