Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● handling inbound and warm leads, conducting initial negotiations, and delivering presentations● generating cold sales opportunities● managing the full sales cycle: from initial enquiry to contract signing and client onboarding● providing post-onboarding client support and maintaining high-quality communication● identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and, where appropriate, handing them over to Senior colleagues● working with documentation, including contracts, addenda, and reports● using CRM to maintain client records and prepare reports● collaborating with other departments to resolve client requests● participating in business development projects under the guidance of a Senior colleague, including speaking engagements

Challenges for three months:

● becoming familiar with the company's internal processes, product, team, and key business metrics● building your own pipeline of at least 20 prospective partners● successfully onboarding the first 3 small and medium-sized business partners ● achieving at least 90% of the individual sales target for the Non-Food Retail segment

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in sales (B2B experience will be an advantage) ● experience in working with basic analytics and reporting● knowledge of negotiation and presentation techniques● results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to identify effective solutions● the ability to work with CRM systems● English proficiency at B1+ level● basic understanding of the delivery market will be an advantage
