Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● strategic market research and analysis● developing and implementing client acquisition strategies (Inbound and Outbound)● managing and supporting the full sales cycle● developing commercial proposals and conducting presentations● building long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue● coordinating internal processes and ensuring quality control● contributing to business direction development and process optimization● representing the Company and building professional networks● sharing expertise and contributing to team development

Challenges for three months:

● fully integrating into the team, mastering internal processes, and immersing yourself in the technical domain● building a TOP-20 target client list with a clear engagement plan for each Enterprise player● conducting at least 5 meetings with Enterprise and Medium-plus clients, resulting in identifying the pool of client needs, expectations, and key pain points, presenting a tailored commercial proposal, and reaching clear agreements on the approximate start of cooperation● signing contracts and successfully launching at least 2 partners in the Non-food segment, reaching stable order volumes (500+)● moving at least 3 Enterprise clients to the Contract/Integration stage in the pipeline● building a pipeline with a total potential of 15,000+ orders

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales and successful cases of acquiring large Enterprise clients● the ability to manage the full sales cycle and conduct complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders● experience in working with analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)● confidently working with documentation: contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, reconciliation statements● advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, financial and operational calculations● understanding the principles of API integrations and e-commerce platforms● the ability to analyze partnership effectiveness and prepare data-driven business proposals● experience in interacting with product teams and understanding the core concepts of IT products● English proficiency at B1 level or higher● the ability to work with CRM systems● the ability to work with task management tools such as Jira and Confluence as an advantage
