How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● management of the BPA team (5 people): 1-on-1 meetings, goal setting, feedback, career development of each team member● forming the team's technical strategy: defining the technology stack, standards, and the balance between innovation and stability● architectural oversight: review of critical decisions, ensuring scalability and reliability of systems● planning the team’s work for the quarter/year, decomposition of large initiatives, resource estimation and dependency management● holding stand-ups, tracking progress, removing blockers, reporting results● supporting the establishment of quality standards: code review processes, testing, documentation, responsibility for the stability of production systems● maintaining trusting relationships with business units, advising on automation opportunities● cross-team coordination: joint projects with other technical teams, representation of BPA interests at the departmental level● mentoring the team in technical issues, organising knowledge sharing, technical training and workshops● implementing AI tools to improve efficiency and increase business value. Challenges for six months:

● onboarding and team relations – conduct 1-on-1 with each team member, understand their skills, motivation, career ambitions and current challenges● understanding of the context – full familiarity with the current solution architecture, team processes, backlog, stakeholders and their expectations● process improvements – based on retrospectives and own observations, propose and implement at least 1-2 improvements in team processes● take delivery – independently plan and control the team’s work, conduct stand-ups, report to the management without assistance● architectural contribution – review existing critical systems, form an opinion on technical debt and priorities, present a vision of the technical and team development strategy

To achieve the results, you will need:

● People Management – practical experience in managing a technical team (at least 2 years, 3+ people): holding 1-on-1, setting goals, providing feedback, resolving conflicts● Technical expertise in business process automation (5+ years of experience) – deep understanding of automation development, integrations via API, CI/CD, Atlassian ecosystem or other at a level sufficient for architectural review and key technical decision-making● Delivery Management – experience in team planning, initiative decomposition, resource and time estimation, and dependency management between projects● Stakeholder Management – experience in working directly with business stakeholders: translating business needs into technical solutions, managing expectations, presenting results to a non-technical audience● Agile practices – experience in implementing and adapting Agile processes to the needs of the team (not formal Scrum, but real workflow management)● Applied AI for Automation – practical experience of using modern AI tools to automate business processes● English level: Upper-intermediate

How do you manage your working hours?
