How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● task dynamics: high frequency of changes requires rapid adaptation to shifting priorities and emerging project risks● routine level: low routine; most tasks involve unique problem-solving, with structured reporting and syncs being the only repetitive elements● analytical focus: moderate to high; involves constant monitoring of KPIs, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making to track project health● social interaction: extremely high; intensive communication with internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Finance) and external partners

Challenges for three months:

● successfully onboard the team and master the company's key processes● become a confident user of all the tools used by the department● participate in the implementation of current tasks and projects and complete them● implement a strategy for interaction between cross-functional teams within projects● set up a regular reporting system and analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects● ensure timely and comprehensive reporting throughout all project stages

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects● strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics ● practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) ● experience handling multiple projects simultaneously ● outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills ● high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset ● prior experience in marketing-related projects will be considered an advantage ● PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus ● upper-intermediate or higher level of English
