How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● B2B negotiation, the ability to confidently defend the Company’s position, handle objections, bring deals to successful closure, and build trusted long-term relationships● operational resilience and dispatch coordination: the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment, make quick decisions under pressure, and keep operations under control● basic Product/Project Management: understanding of product integration logic (basic knowledge of APIs is desirable), the ability to structure complex workflows, clearly define development requirements, and drive improvements through to release● document management: experience in working with contracts (commercial terms) and a basic understanding of primary financial documentation (acceptance certificates, reconciliation statements)● analytical skills: the ability to work with data in Excel/Google Sheets, analyze partner performance, and draw data-driven conclusions

Challenges for six months:

●  number of new contracts signed with carriers● total number of active partner accounts● number of routes covered by the service

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience in a related role ● the ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in tasks● extensive interaction with stakeholders both within and outside the company● the ability to confidently defend the Company’s position, handle objections, bring deals to successful closure, and build trusted long-term relationships● the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment, make quick decisions in critical situations, and keep processes under control (critical competency)● understanding of integration principles to communicate effectively with developers and partners● proactive approach to identifying solutions, prioritizing tasks, and bring initiatives to completion
