regular performance & salary review

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● participation in maintaining a remuneration system (fixed and variable parts) that is balanced in the following areas: labour market supply, employee expectations, and the company’s HR strategy. Participation in salary reviews● preparation of data according to requests, improvement of internal processes● support/improvement of HRMS, administration in the unit's area of responsibility● participation in the automation of HR processes, formulation of requirements for the development/refinement of the system’s functionality● participation in the improvement of the remuneration system, participation in making changes, optimisation of processes● participation in the improvement of the benefit system

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team and the company● involvement in the main C&B processes in accordance with the company’s processes● participation in position evaluation/performance and salary review● participation in other HR projects● familiarisation with the corporate culture and policies of the company

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1+ years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist● experience in supporting grading systems: EY, Corn Ferry, Mercer● experience in forming salary ranges● experience with automated systems, databases● practical skills in implementation and regulation of C&B procedures, methodological documentation● skills in preparing reports and presentations, processing large amounts of data● high level skills in using Excel, Google Sheets● experience in process automation, development of terms of reference for the project team, implementation of updates

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
