How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● supporting Performance Management & Salary Review processes: administrative support throughout all stages of Performance Review & Salary Review, consolidating results, preparing reports and presentation material● participating in preparing data for regular calculations and report● participating in supporting and developing the variable compensation system: quarterly and semi-annual bonuses, including for the Sales function● participating in preparing and calculating the annual budget and actual expenditure, calculating STI taking into account the approved bonus rules● carrying out calculations according to requests related to benefits and compensation● owning the Company’s benefits program: administering and providing operational support, liaising with providers, communicating with employees, and improving terms● updating, developing, and optimizing the benefits program according to legislative requirements, internal policies, and market practices● designing and conducting internal compensation-related research and surveys: designing and launching surveys, including defining the methodology, question logic, target groups, and frequency● collecting, consolidating, and analyzing results (by function, level, location, band), participating in preparing reports, presentations, and management insights for HR and the business

Challenges for three months:

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards● the ability to confidently handle large datasets: strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, logical functions)● understanding of grading principles and organizational structure designknowledge of salary market surveys and market data● understanding of Salary Review and STI processes● knowledge of the basic principles of workforce cost planning (FTE, payroll, benefits)● skills in building basic financial models and calculations● analytical skills, with experience in implementing and documenting procedures and developing methodological documentation● strong attention to detail and a habit of checking data accuracy● experience in preparing reports and presentations● the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders regarding structural changes● organized and systematic approach to managing processes

How do you manage your working hours?
