How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● support Performance Management & Salary Review processes, facilitating all stages of performance and salary reviews, consolidating results, and preparing presentations and reports● work with data, preparing and verifying information for regular calculations and reporting● develop the variable compensation system, setting up and maintaining bonus calculation processes (quarterly and semi-annual), particularly for the Sales department● participate in financial planning, including budget calculation and year-end actual expense analysis; calculate STI (Short-Term Incentives) in accordance with the approved bonus policy● provide analytical support to ensure accurate calculations for regular C&B requests

Challenges for three months:

● apply an analytical approach to rapidly dive into the company's current C&B processes and analyze them for optimization● streamline documentation by successfully describing, formalizing, and implementing necessary procedures to build a robust methodological framework● demonstrate impeccable accuracy and establish smooth workflows for handling large datasets and calculations

To achieve the results, you will need:

● a relevant university degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Audit)● at least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards● hands-on experience with grading systems and conducting Salary Reviews● the ability to easily handle large datasets (advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets)● an understanding of how personnel budgets are formed and managed● experience administering key HR processes: from Performance Reviews to STI calculations and supporting organizational changes
