How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● architecture of the grading and organizational model, taking into account scalability: defining principles for developing the grading structure, initiating and coordinating transformations of the job architecture● advising on complex or non-standard roles and their positioning, preparing policies and guidelines related to grading and organizational structure● contributing to the development of the long-term TR strategy in line with the Company’s business objectives● auditing, designing, and transforming the compensation model: defining principles and methodology for building salary models and approaches to their review● advising C-level executives on strategic compensation decisions
developing and scaling Total Rewards across locations and business areas: designing approaches to implementing TR processes in new locations● developing frameworks for adapting compensation systems to local market specifics● market strategy and positioning: defining approaches to using market data sources and benchmarking methodologies, strategically assessing compensation competitiveness● providing expert consulting and governance in Total Rewards: preparing solutions for Top Management on compensation policy matters, assessing exceptional cases (off-cycle increases, executive compensation, retention cases)● ensuring consistency of TR approaches across the company

Challenges for three months:

● actively contributing to the Micromobility integration and the launch in Albania, with a view to developing and managing reward approaches for new locations in the future● participating in key projects within the function aimed at improving the transparency, clarity, and relevance of the reward system● delivering the annual Salary Review: developing models and salary ranges, and moderating the process● contributing to the preparation of presentation materials and other HR projects

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards● strong analytical skills, with experience in implementing and formalizing procedures and methodological documentation● experience in change management, a deep understanding of HR processes and their optimization, and project management skills● strong reporting and presentation skills, with experience in handling large datasets● experience in managing organizational structures, transforming processes, and handling cross-functional tasks● readiness to take on non-routine tasks, a high level of independence and autonomy, the ability to work in conditions of uncertainty
