Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, Uklon Store, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service. As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries — Ukraine and Uzbekistan. How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- track and evaluate economic, social, political, legislative, and regulatory changes to identify shifts and/or trends in the business environment that may create commercial risks and/or provide competitive advantages- support the implementation and coordinate the development of advocacy strategies and action plans regarding identified new regulatory/legislative issues, industry programs, and corporate initiatives- develop advocacy materials in accordance with the company's approved position — prepare regulatory and legislative proposals, letters, presentations, and other materials to support the implementation of the company's regulatory strategy and plans- provide expert opinions and analytical support to internal company departments on regulatory and legislative environment issues- identify, develop, and maintain contacts in government and business circles, local authorities, and self-government bodies to ensure effective working relationships- participate in the activities of industry and other business associations, as well as in working groups created at various levels of state power to represent and protect the company's interests

Challenges for three months:

- establish systematic monitoring of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's activities, with the preparation of regular analytical materials- establish a process for timely informing internal company departments about new legislative and regulatory initiatives for their high-quality analysis, assessment of potential risks or growth opportunities, and forming the company's position on relevant matters
- successfully manage individual analytical and coordination tasks, adhering to set deadlines, quality of material preparation, and internal communication standards
- contribute to managing interactions with state power bodies, local self-government bodies, business associations, and public organizations/associations within defined areas of work

To achieve the results, you will need:

- 3+ years of experience in GR, experience in business or the public sector will be an advantage- a minimum of 2-3 successfully implemented GR projects
- strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
- knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, the basics of the law-making process and regulatory environment, and the system of executive bodies and local self-government
- skills in monitoring legislative changes, analyzing laws and regulatory acts, and assessing their impact on company operations
- English Intermediate+
