How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● work with incoming applications and customer requests● support of account managers in working with clients● direct participation in optimisation and improvement of work processes● cooperation with other departments● maintaining a customer database in CRM● participation in the preparation of materials for presentations or quotations● collecting feedback from customers after the first contacts● filling out tenders under the supervision of a senior specialist● work with documents:
- negotiating Agreements under the supervision of a senior specialist
- preparation and signing of Supplementary Agreements
- work with financial statements
- submission of periodic reports
● conducting basic lead generation (according to the script/instruction)● participation in internal meetings, sharings, trainings

Challenges for three months:

● undergo onboarding and understand the internal structure of the department and products● work out basic scenarios of communication with clients● master the CRM system and learn how to work with the database● successfully process at least 30-40 applications● start performing basic lead generation on your own

To achieve the results, you will need:

● basic experience in communicating with clients (even from another field, not necessarily sales)● understanding the basics of sales: what a funnel is, stages of an agreement● high level of communication skills, ability to negotiate with clients ● willingness to learn and adapt new sales techniques● fluency in Ukrainian, literacy● confident user of Google Docs/Excel● willingness to learn and adapt new sales techniques● English – not lower than A2 (willingness to improve)

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
