How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Identify, gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for the development of corporate systems● Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization aligned with business goals and OKRs● Design solutions and support their implementation from idea through delivery● Independently launch and own new functionality and initiatives● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions and manage dependencies● Monitor and analyze system metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes● Generate and validate hypotheses to improve processes, systems, and performance metrics, while driving their implementation● Analyze user feedback and initiate functional improvements● Conduct market analysis and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions● Ensure transparency of decisions through clear documentation and stakeholder communication● Mentor junior specialists and contribute to the development of analytical expertise within the team

Challenges for three months:

● Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing HR processes, HRMS configuration, and integrations with other systems● Build effective collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams● Take ownership of backlog planning and prioritization● Deliver planned initiatives on time and with high quality● Identify 1–2 improvement opportunities within the system

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in System / Business Analysis● Hands-on experience as a System / Business Analyst working with HRMS platforms and HR stakeholders● Experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and system requirements● Experience in managing backlogs and prioritizing work● Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) principles● Experience in modeling business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar notations● Experience in measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented functionality● Understanding of OKRs and how initiatives align with business objective.● Knowledge sharing and mentoring experienceIntermediate+ level of English
