Join us as a ​​Customer Lifecycle Specialist Senior.
In this role, you will help gain a deeper understanding of the Uklon driver journey, from registration to the first ride and beyond: analyzing the activation funnel, investigating churn drivers, identifying early churn signals, and delivering data-driven recommendations to increase retention and improve the effectiveness of the loyalty program in Ukraine and expansion markets. This is a role with real impact on the product and key business metrics.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● designing and developing a unified lifecycle model for different customer types● shaping and implementing platform lifecycle standards (structure, approaches, best practices)● developing automation flows (event-based scenarios, triggers, communication orchestration)● designing and supporting experiments to evaluate the impact of lifecycle solutions● collaborating with BI/data teams to build dashboards, models, and analytical insights● partnership interaction with Business Units (BU) to adapt lifecycle solutions to specific business contexts● ensuring adoption of lifecycle solutions within BUs without compromising quality and standards● developing and maintaining documentation (lifecycle playbooks, patterns, frameworks)

Challenges for six months:

1. Onboarding and understanding the system● fully immersing yourself in lifecycle processes, channels, segments● understanding key metrics (retention, LTV, conversion)● becoming familiar with current lifecycle maps across the main Business Units 2. Collaboration with Business Units● establishing regular collaboration with key Business Units● aligning lifecycle priorities and areas of impact 3. Lifecycle analysis and audit● conducting an audit of existing lifecycle mechanisms● identifying 3-5 key gaps or growth opportunities● preparing specific recommendations 4. Initial initiatives● launching 1-2 lifecycle initiatives or experiments● defining clear KPIs and evaluating results

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in building end-to-end lifecycle models (onboarding → retention → reactivation → churn) in B2C and B2B environments● practical experience in working with lifecycle as a system rather than separate campaigns (structure, logic, and connections between stages)● experience in designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests, holdout groups, baselines) with an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships● strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, retention curves, LTV, unit economics● experience in collaborating with BI/data teams (task definition, working with data, interpreting results)● experience in building automation processes (event-based communications, triggers, scenarios, orchestration)● experience in working with CRM/CDP/communication platforms (Infobip, Braze, SFMC, etc.)● experience in collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, development, and other teams● experience in creating methodologies/standards/playbooks – a strong advantage● English proficiency at B1 level
