How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● consolidating and analyzing information from internal data sources (DWH) relating to customers, orders, and countries ● preparing, generating, and automating operational reporting in Tableau ● analyzing data to obtain valuable information, new insights (data mining) ● identifying patterns and explaining events through data ● promptly handling ad hoc requests from colleagues ● organizing and visualizing data (systematization - this does not involve Data Engineering tasks, DevOps responsibilities, etc.)

Challenges for three** months:

● mastering the Company’s analytics environment, getting familiar with the available data and the logic behind report building ● successfully taking over support for the existing pool of reports ● learning the team’s best practices and becoming able to quickly handle typical tasks ● gaining an understanding of the business context, unit economics, and operational metrics of the Delivery business line

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in using Python to work with big data

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst ● advanced SQL proficiency for querying data (window functions, data aggregation); daily use is a must-have ● proficiency in one BI tool (Tableau - preferred, QlikView, Power BI, or others) ● broad marketing expertise: understanding of demand, supply, funnels, and customer analytics (cohort analysis, RFM analysis, etc.) ● advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets● English proficiency at Intermediate level or above
