How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and implementing new machine learning methods and models to optimise service performance● analysing and collecting data to improve efficiency and optimise processes● participating in the development and implementation of new products and services● improving the efficiency of models and algorithms developed earlier● interacting with other teams and departments of the company involved in software development, data analytics and other functions● evaluating and analysing the results of the developed models and algorithms, preparing relevant reports and presentations for internal use

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding and integration into the team● familiarization with the existing infrastructure● successful validation of hypotheses within the scope (pricing, marketing, CRM, promo, etc.)

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● knowledge of Git and Gitflow workflow● experience with ML serving tools such as MLflow● experience with ETL tools (one of): Airflow, AWS Glue● experience working with LLM models

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of commercial experience as a data scientist● successful cases of DS logic integration into the product● experience with Python (statistical and ML packages)● expert knowledge in SQL● examples of successful insights, identification of non-obvious patterns of product operation● knowledge of higher mathematics, probability theory, mathematical and applied statistics● English level: B1

How do you manage your working hours?
