How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● leading the Uklon Delivery marketing function● strategically and operationally managing the marketing team, building and scaling the team according to business needs● updating the current or developing a new marketing strategy for the Delivery product● creating and executing GTM strategies for new products and defining differentiated GTM approaches for existing ones● managing the customer journey and lifecycle strategy● participating in defining product development priorities by providing market and customer insights for new and existing product launches● ensuring measurable business impact from marketing by delivering initiatives that directly influence key business metrics● managing the marketing budget: planning, defending, allocating, and controlling spend, prioritizing investments, and evaluating marketing effectiveness in terms of business impact● owning the business development aspect of the SMB product segment

Challenges for six months:

● updating and aligning the marketing strategy for Delivery and new products: based on audit results, business goals, market demand, customer segments, and product plans, develop a 6-12 month marketing strategy for the direction.
Success criteria: the strategy is approved by the Head of Delivery and key stakeholders, and includes priorities, target segments, key growth areas, GTM approaches, CRM/lifecycle focus, and success metrics.
● building an effective marketing team operating model: define the target team structure, roles, responsibilities, interaction processes, and performance metrics.
Success criteria: the team has a clear structure, well-defined ownership, and a regular process for planning, prioritization, reporting, and performance evaluation.
● launching or updating GTM approaches for key products: build a GTM strategy for the SMB product (Delivery Extra).
Success criteria: key GTM plans are implemented or in execution, with clear positioning, value proposition, channels, messaging, activation plan, and performance metrics.
● establishing a systematic market & customer input process for product development: implement a structured flow for collecting, analyzing, and sharing insights from the market, customer behavior, competition, Sales, Operations, Support, and product analytics.
Success criteria: marketing consistently provides validated recommendations for product priorities, roadmap decisions, category development, service improvements, and commercial hypotheses.
● building effective cross-functional collaboration: establish working processes with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute marketing, product, and business initiatives.
Success criteria: stakeholders have a clear understanding of marketing priorities, roles, responsibilities, status updates, and expected business outcomes.
● launching systematic B2B lead generation for Sales and BizDev: define and implement a structured approach for B2B lead acquisition in key Delivery segments, including ICP definition, lead qualification, channels, and evaluation.
Success criteria: an approved lead generation strategy is in place, ICP and target segments are defined, initial campaigns/channels are launched, and there is regular reporting on MQL/SQL, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and marketing contribution to the sales pipeline.

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in marketing management within a product or digital business: at least 5 years in marketing, including at least 3 years in a lead/head role with ownership of strategy, planning, budget, and results● experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for new products, services, or geographies● the ability to build marketing strategy aligned with business objectives● strong analytical skills and experience in working with marketing metrics, dashboards, cohorts, and funnel analysis; the ability to translate data into insights and actionable plans● experience in marketing budget planning, approval, and control, as well as evaluating spend efficiency and prioritizing activities based on business impact. Understanding of P&L, unit economics, marketing impact on financial results, pricing mechanics, and commercial effectiveness● experience in managing lifecycle marketing campaigns● deep understanding of paid acquisition in the Ukrainian B2B market. The ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions● experience in conducting structured market and customer research (interviews, data analysis, feedback from Sales/Ops/Support). The ability to translate insights into product strategy, roadmap, hypotheses, and GTM approaches● experience in working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Brand, CRM, and external agencies● experience in managing marketing teams or cross-functional marketing projects, including goal setting, prioritization, execution control, and team development
