How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● сalculation and preparation of proposals for base rates, markups, and coefficients aligned with defined business goals, market conditions, and strategies for existing or new Delivery products and services● data collection, processing, and analysis of the competitive landscape, market pricing, trends, and seasonal demand fluctuations● generation of regular reports and presentations with insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.● analysis of pricing change effectiveness, including A/B testing, KPI tracking, revenue dynamics, and impact on C2P (Conversion to Purchase) and AOV (Average Order Value)● development of proposals for tactical pricing adjustments to enhance sales performance and competitiveness.● cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments to align pricing initiatives and ensure data consistency.● participation in improving internal processes for collecting, storing, and updating price and competitor data.

Challenges for three months:

● Effective and timely pricing (markup) management, including the development of pricing schedules● Market research and providing actionable recommendations based on gathered insights● Designing processes for market data collection, analysis, and storage● Presenting quarterly performance results and insights to key stakeholders● Contributing to the development of tariff management processes for all products within the Delivery vertical● Participating in the automation of price and markup management systems

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of experience in a similar role● proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation) and PowerPoint● strong understanding of dynamic pricing principles and factors influencing price formation● experience working with large datasets, databases, or BI tools.● ability to build logical analytical models to justify pricing decisions.● english language proficiency at a minimum level of B1 (Intermediate).
