How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● implementing the SMM strategy of Uklon’s B2B business line
supporting business goals through content, distribution and community outreach● launching social media from scratch from concept development to first publications● creating and implementing a content plan developing headings, topics, a publication calendar and adapting content for different channels● managing Instagram and Telegram channels preparing texts, publishing, moderating and routing user requests● working with production: preparing briefs for design and video, setting tasks and monitoring quality, deadlines and compliance with the brand’s ToV● information support of campaigns, announcement of launches, product updates, partnerships, preparation of case studies, reviews and expert materials● content promotion, preparation of a media plan, work with CTAs, UTM discipline and hypothesis testing for promotions● performance analysis and reporting: preparation of monthly KPI reports, search for insights and development of an improvement plan● communication with external partners: establishing and maintaining effective interaction

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding, understanding of B2B products, audiences, brand tone, processes and stakeholders● launch of a stable system of work: list of headings, content calendar, reporting template● regular publication of content in IG, TG without failing to meet deadlines● basic analytics collected and 3-5 improvement hypotheses formed● at least 2-3 “proof” materials per month (case study/review/numbers/ partnership), as well as 1 monthly report with conclusions

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in SMM in-house or agency with proven results and experience in B2B● ability to build and implement a content strategy, content plan, calendar, formats, distribution, adaptation to platforms● practical experience in social media, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram● analytics and reporting, understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse data● work with production, video design briefing, work with templates, quality control of materials● basic understanding of B2B communications, value proposition, proof-points, expert content● literacy and strong copywriting skills in Ukrainian
