Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensure strategic partnership with business units, translate business objectives into tactical solutions, regularly report on progress, and manage stakeholder expectations● build and optimize collaboration processes, establishing a clear task routing system between business units, the Digital Growth team, and the Digital Execution team to accelerate launches● drive strategic and tactical management of the digital funnel to hit target metrics (offer development, KPI monitoring, coordination of creative asset production)● manage the Digital Growth team, effectively allocate the task pool, monitor delivery quality, and provide mentorship and professional development for specialists● implement a systematic process for generating and validating new hypotheses, testing new digital channels, approaches, and mechanics to discover new user acquisition growth points

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding into the company's business context, conducting alignment meetings with department heads to understand their goals, product specifics, and unit economics● auditing current digital funnels across all areas to identify bottlenecks and quick-win growth opportunities● taking over regular reporting to stakeholders and managing their expectations● developing and approving a unified brief template (technical specifications) for launching and optimizing ad campaigns ● aligning on a basic SLA with the Digital Execution Lead to ensure seamless interaction between teams● executing the first campaign launches using the updated, standardized process● auditing the department's internal processes, assessing the current workload and competencies of the team, and redistributing areas of responsibility among specialists

To achieve the results, you will need:

 confidence in using analytical tools, including Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and mobile attribution systems (AppsFlyer or Adjust)● advanced data handling skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, arrays) for deep analytics and reporting● team management experience: the ability to motivate, mentor, develop specialists, and effectively distribute workload● an understanding of the technical side of MarTech & Tracking (principles of pixels, GTM, postbacks, SDK integrations, and event tracking) and the ability to speak the same language as developers● deep understanding of algorithms and capabilities of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, SEO)● process building and optimization skills, the ability to systematize cross-functional work, and write clear rules of engagement (SLAs)● high-level communication and stakeholder management skills: the ability to speak the language of business, justify decisions, present results, and manage expectations● a well-developed Growth mindset: systematic experimentation with hypotheses, A/B testing, and deep knowledge of marketing math (CPA, CAC, LTV, ROMI)● English – B1+
