Join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist Middle in the Digital and BI team of the Growth Marketing Department.

What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● choose digital tools to achieve your goals● planning, launching, optimising advertising campaigns in digital channels (performance, media)● preparing reports on the results of campaigns and the direction as a whole● constantly searching for ways to scale the result and optimise the cost● working with contractors and partners (agencies, etc.)● preparing and monitoring the implementation of technical tasks for the design department (if necessary)
Challenges for three months:
● get acquainted with the goals and plans of the company and the digital team● study existing reports, the process of their revision and updating● learn the process of launching and supporting media and performance campaigns in digital channels● go through two full cycles of launching media campaigns on your own: from the brief, preparation of the media plan, to the report● take over communication with contractors and partners (agencies, advertising platforms)
Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:
● experience with DV360, Campaign Manager 360● skills in working with GTM● Pre-Intermediate and above level of English
To achieve the results, you will need:
● Google Ads, Facebook Ads – high level, at least 2 years● experience in planning, independent launch of advertising campaigns in accounts and optimisation of different types of campaigns● AppsFlyer (or Google Analytics, or other mobile analytics service) – high level● MS Excel/Google sheets – above average● optimisation, post analysis of campaigns in digital channels● experience in preparing media plans, launching media campaigns and brand elevators● experience in forecasting and budgeting of business indicators● understanding of the technical process of tracking advertising campaigns● experience in promoting mobile applications will be an advantage
How do you manage your working hours?
● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
