How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensure the achievement of defined OKRs and KPIs, and establish processes to help the team reach its targets● Technical Excellence: be responsible for reliability, manage technical debt, and participate in decision-making aimed at the optimal technical implementation of products and services● propose, develop, support, and oversee development processes and AI-driven SDLC practices● Project and Portfolio Management: plan, coordinate, prioritize, and drive technical and business tasks and initiatives● facilitate cross-team communication and manage risks and blockers● introduce practices to improve planning and ensure tasks are delivered within predictable timelines● oversee the teams’ release management processes● people management: conduct one-on-ones, work on PDPs together with TLs, hiring, retention, and offboarding of teammates

Challenges for six months:

●  complete an effective onboarding within the teams according to the onboarding checklist (get familiar with the team, processes, priorities, and challenges)● gain a deep understanding of the product architecture● take ownership of the engineering part of the company’s strategy● independently manage the portfolio (planning, prioritization, estimation)● fully independently manage the teams’ technical backlog

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 8+ years of commercial experience in software development, including 3+ years of managing technical teams● technical competency: strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages, understanding of cloud solutions and architectural approaches for designing cross-functional products (back-end experience will be considered a plus)● management skills: experience leading technical teams with a focus on team member development, support, and achieving business goals● experience in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating product and technical initiatives● communication skills: the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences● strong decision-making skills: ability to make well-grounded decisions in a fast-paced development environment, balancing competing priorities while considering the impact on the team, project, and organization● people management experience: conducting one-on-ones, working on PDPs together with TLs, hiring, retention, and offboarding of teammates, including management of salary reviews● hands-on experience using AI tools in software development● practical experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing development processes with AI tools (MCP, Spec Driven Development, CLI integrations). Understanding of LLM economics (tokenization), context management (Context Engineering), and security aspects of AI integration● English level: B1
