How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● implement an event plan to help achieve the company’s communication and reputation goals● organise external events and integrations from A-Z (Uklon's own events, participation of company speakers in external events, partnership and sponsorship integrations, collaborations with communities and associations, etc.)● ensure the effective use of event management as an opportunity to achieve various goals of the department (strengthening the company's reputation, demonstrating products and services, strengthening the employer’s brand, community building, building loyalty, etc.)● administer internal project documentation (coordination and control of the process), including contracts, certificates of completion, invoices, etc. in cooperation with a document management specialist who ensures their preparation and maintenance● engage in video/photo production within the department’s projects● develop and sell branded products to meet the needs of the department

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding into company and department processes, establishing interaction with internal experts and stakeholders of future projects● understanding of the processes of conducting compliance checks, legal, procurement and financial support for work with contractors and service providers● preparation and launch of events and partnerships in accordance with the department's activity plan● preparation of Uklon speakers for participation in external events in accordance with the approved initiative plan● organisation of production of printed/souvenir products in accordance with the department’s project plans

To achieve the results, you will need:

● higher education. Preferably in management, communications, marketing, or related fields● 2+ years of experience in communication or event agencies, corporate sector, product IT companies or charitable foundations – specifically as an event manager● experience in project (event) management: development, budgeting and effective management of the project budget, organisation of contractors, work with internal stakeholders, implementation, evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness● experience in organising offline and online events, as well as in a hybrid format● experience in preparing speakers for external speaking engagements● experience in implementing projects with a large number of stakeholders● experience in producing printed and branded products● experience in cooperating with design/content/digital/email marketing and other relevant specialists to achieve project goals● experience with the IT and Tech market is desirable● experience in implementing projects with an external agency will be an advantage● English – B1+ level
