How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● managing the full accounting cycle for the company's Cyprus legal entity● processing source documents and bank statements● participating in the preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, VIES, Payroll)● participating in the annual audit● supporting the individual entrepreneur function, including calculating income and taxes, and monitoring contracts and banking details● directly contributing to the accuracy of the Group's financial reporting and to a smooth experience for colleagues engaged as individual entrepreneurs

Challenges for three months:

● gaining comprehensive exposure to the accounting of the legal entity● independently processing bank statements and source documents● confidently preparing invoices and acceptance certificates for settlements● independently analyzing the trial balance, identifying discrepancies, and proposing corrective actions● gaining a basic understanding of the individual entrepreneur function: understanding of the logic of contracts, participating in the verification of banking details and the calculation of income and taxes under supervision● an understanding of the full tax reporting cycle for a non-resident company (VAT, VIES, Payroll)● supporting the period-end close and the preparation of monthly reporting for consolidated financial reporting

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1-2 years of experience in accounting or audit● solid knowledge of accounting principles (double-entry bookkeeping, the structure and interrelationship of the Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements), basic understanding of IFRS and international taxation (VAT, CIT, Payroll)● a relevant university degree (Finance, Accounting and Auditing, Economics)● experience in working with ERP systems (BAS ERP, Dynamics, etc.) will be an advantage, with experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics considered a plus● Upper-Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel● understanding of the framework for working with individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine, including contracts, income limits, and taxation● English proficiency at no lower than Intermediate (B1/B2), with confident written communication skills for working with non-resident entities● a collaborative mindset, adaptability, willingness to support colleagues, attention to detail, independence, and a proactive approach to identifying errors
