How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● management of projects for automation of management, financial and accounting ● presentation and training of employees to work in accounting systems● monitoring of updates of accounting systems, EDMS, technical support● operational support of employees’ work in accounting systems● management of the financial systems and ERP team● expert assessment in optimising business processes of the financial department● monitoring and selection of new accounting systems in case of business expansion● communication with external contractors within the scope of management and accounting automation projects● search for opportunities to optimise the existing functionality in accounting systems● active participation in the implementation of the new ERP system

Challenges for six months:

● support of current financial processes and systems within agreed indicators and metrics● support and organise the development of current financial systems within the agreed metrics● achievement of milestones agreed on the new ERP implementation project● launch of the first phrase of the ERP system into production● passing the audit and supporting the control and documentation of SOX-critical systems of the financial circuit● passing and confirming certification for the new system - MS Business Central

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience with MS Business Central● practical experience in budgeting and costing● expertise in 1C/BAS at the architect/programmer level, including configuration of BAS ERP for Ukraine● ability to effectively use AI tools to improve productivity and quality of results

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of general professional experience, and 2+ years in managing teams (at least 5 teammates) in the field of financial systems and ERP automation● deep knowledge of financial and ERP systems: Liga Zakon, YouControl, Vchasno, FlyDoc, M.E.Doc, BAS, MS Business Central, Fredo, with an understanding of their licensing features● strong knowledge of the subject area: accounting, financial and management accounting● knowledge of Agile development methodologies
analytical skills and experience with BI tools at the user level (MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.)● knowledge and understanding of CI/CD principles● confident communication skills, ability to work with internal and external team members

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
