How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- planning and coordinating the Fleet part of launching new cities, service centers, hubs, and warehouses - developing and maintaining a launch plan with defined stages, timelines, owners, dependencies, and milestones - coordinating the preparation of Fleet infrastructure and the required equipment - liaising with Material Flow to ensure launches are supplied with spare parts, tools, equipment, and consumables - coordinating tasks with City Operations, Procurement, HR, IT, Security, Infrastructure, and other involved teams - monitoring project timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and timely escalating critical deviations - checking launch readiness and organizing the handover of the ready location or process to the operations team - conducting a brief post-launch review, documenting issues and deviations, coordinating their resolution, and taking into account lessons learned into subsequent launches

Challenges for three months:

- forming and maintaining a single master plan for Fleet readiness for the launch and other cities, including tasks, timelines, owners, dependencies, and statuses
- creating a readiness checklist for the launch of a city, service center, hubs, and a new fleet
- documenting the requirements, status, and preparation plan for Fleet infrastructure in each city
- ensuring the readiness of the required Fleet infrastructure, service centers, hubs, equipment, and processes for the start of operations
- establishing a collaboration process between Fleet Projects & Deployment, City Operations, Fleet Engineering, and Material Flow as part of launches
- identifying critical dependencies and blockers and organizing regular follow-up on their resolution
- preparing a standard launch approach that can be used for subsequent cities

To achieve the results, you will need:

- at least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or deployment (logistics, retail, or related fields)
- willingness to travel regularly and work directly at locations in launch cities
- hands-on experience in launching new locations, facilities, operational processes, or scaling a business
- experience in planning and coordinating projects, including tracking timelines, owners, dependencies, and milestones
- the ability to coordinate multiple teams and parallel tasks simultaneously
- the ability to manage risks, blockers, and deviations from the plan and escalate them in a timely manner
- confident working with Excel / Google Sheets and project and task management tools
- English at A2 level or above
