How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● monitoring changes in laws and regulations, analysing their impact on the company’s operations● preparing analytical materials, certificates and reports on legislative and regulatory initiatives● supporting interaction with state authorities and local self-government bodies within the scope of the assigned tasks● participating in the preparation of proposals for laws, regulations and consultations● providing expert opinions and analytical support to the company’s internal departments on regulatory issues

Challenges for three months:

● establish systematic monitoring of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations with the preparation of regular analytical materials● ensure a qualitative analysis of legislative and regulatory initiatives and timely informing of internal departments about potential risks● join the support of interaction with state authorities and local governments within the defined areas of work● successfully carry out individual analytical and coordination tasks, meeting deadlines, quality of materials and internal communication standards

To achieve the results, you will need:

● knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, the basics of the rule-making process and the regulatory environment● skills in monitoring legislative changes, analysing laws and regulations and assessing their impact on the company's activities● experience in preparing analytical materials, certificates, opinions and draft documents on regulatory policy issues● skills of interaction with state authorities and local governments● knowledge of English at B1+ level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
