How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● define and drive growth strategy: own the end-to-end product growth strategy, translating company objectives into clear product goals, OKRs, and execution plans.● lead and coordinate two cross-functional growth product teams ● manage and develop Product Managers● build and execute the product roadmap:
- develop and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business priorities, growth opportunities, and marketplace dynamics
- identify and launch high-impact product initiatives
● drive experimentation and data-driven decision making● design and oversee experiments and product tests, ensuring product decisions are validated through data and measurable impact.● define and track growth metrics: own core product and marketplace metrics, monitor performance, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements.● align stakeholders and facilitate collaboration● improve team processes and effectiveness● identify and mitigate product and marketplace risks

Challenges for six months:

● understand the product, marketplace, and growth drivers: gain deep understanding of the marketplace dynamics, core growth levers, user behavior, and key product metrics.● align on growth strategy and priorities● assess current growth initiatives and experimentation processes: review ongoing experiments, product initiatives, and analytics frameworks to identify improvement opportunities● align and guide PM roadmaps: partner with the Growth Product Managers to review, align, and prioritize their roadmaps, ensuring initiatives support company objectives, growth strategy, and measurable business outcomes● deliver measurable growth impact: launch and scale product initiatives that drive improvements in key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, marketplace efficiency)● strengthen experimentation and data-driven cultur: improve experimentation processes and ensure teams consistently validate product decisions through data and testing● scale product team effectiveness: ensure the two growth teams operate with clear priorities, strong ownership, and effective collaboration● improve marketplace performance and user experience: identify and implement product improvements that enhance marketplace balance and customer experience● build strong team and stakeholder alignment: establish effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, UXR, and key business stakeholders

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience with mobile or marketplace products

To achieve the results, you will need:

● product management experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, delivering successful consumer-facing B2C products at scale● people management: 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers and leading product teams● product growth strategy: proven ability to translate business goals into clear OKRs, define and execute product-led growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes (activation, retention, marketplace efficiency, revenue)● experimentation & data-driven product development: strong expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and result interpretation, including defining success metrics and making data-informed product decisions● product analytics: advanced analytical skills and ability to work with product data (funnels, cohorts, behavioral metrics)
Experience collaborating closely with data analysts and interpreting complex datasets.
● roadmap ownership: experience owning multi-quarter roadmaps, aligning product initiatives with business goals and key performance metrics● cross-functional product leadership: experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, UXR) and delivering complex initiatives from discovery to launch● customer-centered product development: ability to translate user problems and insights into scalable product solutions that improve customer experience and drive business performance● English level: Upper Intermediate

Important:
User experience at Uklon is not just an abstract metric. We want to experience the product the same way our users do. To better understand customers’ needs and challenges, our team occasionally completes orders personally - acting as drivers. Therefore, it is essential to have:
● a Category B driver’s license● access to a car and the willingness to complete Uklon and competitor orders as a driver in order to test the solutions you create through own experience
