How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● identifying growth opportunities, generating hypotheses, and planning experiments● hypothesis generation: developing ideas to improve user experience and drive business growth● task decomposition for the team● managing the experiment backlog● incident management: supporting the team in resolving issues during experiment implementation● team support: collaborating with developers, analysts, and the QA team to ensure clear task understanding● monitoring and analyzing experiment results to achieve goals● client communication: interacting with customers and conducting UX research to deeply understand their needs● responsibility for team efficiency and achieving positive ROTI and business goals

Challenges for six months:

● successful onboarding into the team and mastering core company processes● independently handling tasks within the growth cycle: from hypothesis generation to result analysis with the team● deep immersion in product metrics and understanding their impact on the business● taking full responsibility for generating hypotheses and managing the team● setting goals and metrics for the direction, as well as managing the execution of tasks for the Growth team● drawing up a product development roadmap and an action plan for the quarter for the team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in Product Growth or Product Management, with a focus on product development through experiments and improvements● experience in data analysis, understanding of product metrics, hypothesis testing, and conducting product experiments● experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing incidents, with a focus on effective communication with stakeholders● experience in maintaining documentation (BRD, US, UC) and decomposing tasks for the development team● empathy for users and focus on business value
Mandatory:
• valid driver’s license (Category B)
• access to a car and willingness to fulfill orders for Uklon and competitors in the role of a driver

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
