Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates on Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses, and plan experiments● Generate hypotheses to improve user experience and drive business growth● Break down initiatives and tasks for the team● Manage the experiment backlog and prioritize upcoming initiatives● Support incident management and help the team resolve issues during experiment implementation● Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and tasks● Monitor and analyze experiment results to achieve business goals● Communicate with customers and conduct UX research to gain a deeper understanding of their needs● Take ownership of team efficiency, positive ROTI, and achievement of business goals

Challenges for three months:

● Successfully onboard into the team and gain a solid understanding of key company processes● Independently manage tasks across the growth cycle – from hypothesis generation to analyzing results together with the team● Develop a deep understanding of product metrics and their impact on business performance

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in Growth or Product Management, with a focus on product development through experimentation and continuous improvement● Experience working with mobile products is a plus● Strong data analysis skills, understanding of product metrics, hypothesis testing, and product experimentation● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing incidents, with a strong focus on effective stakeholder communication● Experience creating product documentation (BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases) and breaking down tasks for development teams● Strong user empathy and a focus on delivering business value● Upper-Intermediate level of English● Valid driver’s license and access to a car for product testing
