How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and implementing the company’s GR strategy in line with its business objectives, the regulatory environment and the company’s long-term priorities● establishing systematic engagement with government bodies, parliamentary committees, ministries, regulatory authorities, local authorities, business associations, the expert community and international partners● monitoring, analysing and tracking legislative and regulatory initiatives that may affect the company’s operations, reputation, market position, etc.● preparing the company’s position on issues of public policy, market regulation, taxation, urban mobility and other areas important to Uklon’s operations● representing the company’s interests in working groups, consultations and other forums where decisions important to the business are made● identifying, assessing and managing regulatory, reputational and institutional risks associated with the company’s interaction with the state● supporting key business areas, strategic partnerships, market launches and other activities requiring interaction with government bodies● coordinating internal collaboration between business units, teams and company management on GR matters ● effectively managing the GR team

Challenges for six months:

● fully take over the role of Head of Corporate Relations GR from the current head of the department● get fully up to speed with the current state of affairs in the GR department and update priorities● ensure the continuity of support for the company’s key regulatory and strategic issues without compromising on quality● take on regular external engagement with key government bodies and other stakeholders● ensure systematic monitoring of legislative and regulatory initiatives● assess the team’s current performance, clarify areas of responsibility, procedures for collaboration, key tasks and expected outcomes

To achieve the results, you will need:

● a thorough understanding of Ukrainian legislation, the regulatory environment and the working principles of government bodies● over 5 years’ practical experience in the fields of Government Relations, public policy, regulatory engagement, European integration and the management of legislative initiatives● experience in establishing systematic engagement with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, relevant ministries, regulatory bodies, local authorities, business associations and international partners● ability to formulate and implement a GR strategy in line with the company’s business objectives, the regulatory environment, market challenges and long-term business priorities● practical experience in analysing legislative and regulatory initiatives, assessing their impact on business, preparing company positions, analytical materials, proposals for regulations and supporting legislative changes● experience in representing the company’s interests in working groups, consultations and other forums where decisions important to the company are made● strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with government bodies, regulators, businesses and other key stakeholders● experience in managing regulatory, political, reputational and institutional risks, as well as handling crisis and sensitive issues● understanding of business models for digital platforms, technology businesses, mobility markets, urban infrastructure and related areas of the company’s development● experience in team management, prioritisation, task coordination, quality control and building effective internal collaboration● English Level B2+

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
