How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● managing large-scale HR and business projects from initiation to completion with a focus on strategic outcomes● building detailed project plans (timeline, budget, resources, risks)● mapping and optimizing processes to eliminate bottlenecks● coordinating Business, Operations, Finance, HR and Tech functions within projects● integrating HR approaches into projects and improving team collaboration● preparing regular reporting and communicating with top management● identifying risks in a timely manner and mitigating them● building and developing project management standards and HR best practices in HR

Challenges for three months:

● successfully integrating into the team and gaining a deep understanding of the Company’s key operational processes and corporate culture● achieving full confidence and productivity in using the department’s entire software stack and internal reporting tools● promptly taking ownership of ongoing tasks and projects and bringing them to successful completion with high quality● developing and presenting a comprehensive strategy for achieving the goals of assigned projects● proposing a regular reporting system and establishing an approach for evaluating ROI and the effectiveness of implemented projects

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 4-6 years of experience in Project Management with cross-functional projects● understanding business processes and metrics; having an understanding of HR processes will be an advantage● experience in operations or transformation projects● strong stakeholder management, the ability to conduct negotiations, build effective communication● a high level of structured thinking, proactivity, ownership

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
