Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● shaping and developing systemic culture and engagement programs that strengthen management practices, team collaboration, and the quality of employees’ internal experience● shaping and implementing systematic approaches to internal communications as a management tool across the entire company, rather than within a separate function● building a holistic internal communications model as a tool for managing meaning, priorities, and organizational alignment● ensuring end-to-end alignment of communications across departments (events, corporate communications, People Partners, business units) according to a unified model● ensuring a unified company-wide information environment and alignment between business strategy, leadership decisions, and the daily experience of teams● integrating cultural initiatives into the company’s operational logic, transforming them from standalone activities into systemic mechanisms● shaping and scaling key company narratives that support strategic changes, leadership messaging, and employee engagement● implementing approaches and metrics that enable evaluation of the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement programs, as well as their impact on organizational quality

Challenges for six months:

● implementing a holistic internal communications model as a unified operating system● launching a systematic recognition program with clear logic, mechanisms, and integration into the employee’s daily experience● launching a unified event and initiative management platform (event hub): calendar, registration, communication, and participation analytics for the entire company● implementing a system of internal communications and program metrics with regular analytics and data-driven decision-making● implementing a system of analytical dashboards for internal communications and engagement programs: key metrics, regular monitoring, and transparency for stakeholders● achieving measurable results: reducing duplicate communications, increasing open rates and engagement, and reducing chaotic requests from the business

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related HR communication functions● experience in building internal communications systems● experience in working with C-level executives and managing narratives● experience in supporting organizational change and transformation through communications● experience in developing and scaling culture and engagement programs as systemic initiatives● experience in working across different markets and in multicultural environments● experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects● strong skills in building communication campaigns● a data-driven approach and working with metrics● a high level of systems thinking and ownership● English proficiency at Advanced level● experience in product or tech companies as an advantage
