How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop new functionality and support existing functionality● analyse the causes and look for solutions to production incidents● participate in team code reviews● directly influence team metrics● participate in the discussion and evaluation of future tasks to be performed, their decomposition● be involved in the management of the technical backlog● influence and engage in technical innovations● initiate the exchange of expertise and mentor teammates as needed

Challenges for three months:

● adaptation in the team● mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company● development of new functionality in a timely manner● participate in the development of functional/non-functional requirements within initiatives● participate in the evaluation of initiatives with Team Lead

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer● experience in writing markup in UIKit from code, SwiftUI● reactive programming (Combine)● experience working on a product with a large number of active users (collecting analytics, application stability metrics, conducting A/B testing)● experience in writing unit tests● experience working with code in a team (gitflow, code review) and working with version control systems● experience with MVVM-C architecture● knowledge of English at Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
