How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing new functionality and maintaining existing functionality● analyzing the root causes of production incidents and identifying solutions ● participating in team code reviews ● directly influencing team performance metrics ● participating in the discussion and estimation of upcoming tasks and their decomposition ● contributing to the management of the technical backlog ● influencing and contributing to technical innovation ● being willing to share expertise and, where necessary, mentor teammates

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team ● becoming familiar with the Company’s approaches to software design and code development ● generating ideas for improving the AI SDLC workflow ● developing new functionality within predictable timelines ● participating in the refinement of functional and non-functional● requirements as part of initiatives ● participating in initiative estimation

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer ● experience in writing UIKit layouts programmatically and working with SwiftUI ● experience in writing tests ● experience in working on a product with a large number of active users (collecting analytics, tracking application stability metrics, and conducting A/B testing) ● experience in getting involved early in the requirements refinement process ● hands-on experience in using AI tools in development (MCP, CLI integrations, security awareness, RAG, harness) ● English proficiency at Intermediate level or above
