Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service.
As of April 2026, the Uklon service is available in 27 cities across Ukraine and at the Bukovel tourist complex. The company also operates in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing new features and maintaining existing ones● analyzing root causes and identifying solutions for production incidents● participating in team code reviews● directly influencing team metrics● participating in discussions, estimation, and decomposition of upcoming development tasks● contributing to the management of the technical backlog● influencing and contributing to technical innovation● demonstrating a willingness to share expertise and, when needed, mentoring teammates

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team● learning the approaches to software design and coding within the Company● developing new functionality within the estimated timelines● participating in the refinement of functional/non-functional requirements as part of initiatives● participating in the team code review● meeting delivery estimates and minimizing bugs through thorough analysis

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in working with design system

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer● experience in writing UI programmatically using UIKit, SwiftUI● experience in writing unit tests● reactive programming (Combine)● experience in working on a product with a large number of active users (analytics collection, app stability metrics, A/B testing)● experience in working with code in a team (Gitflow, code review) and with version control systems● experience in working with MVVM-C architecture● practical use of AI tools in development (Context Engineering, tokenization, MCP, CLI integrations, security awareness, RAG)● English level: Intermediate
